Sweet and Tangy Chicken

Mix all of the ingredients below, and pour over 1 quartered chicken.
  • 8 oz. apricot jam
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered, then for 45 minutes uncovered. The more you baste the 'stickier' it becomes.

I cannot bring myself to combine these ingredients and then eat it. Must not have any imagination. Can Jiffy Pop be my Kosher recipe?
