Beer Marinade

This recipe is excellent for marinating shish kebobs, pork, steak, chicken or fish.

1/2 bottle of beer

1 Tbs. oil

4 tsp. Teriyaki sauce

1/4 tsp. hot sauce

1 clove garlic, finely chopped.

This is enough marinate for 2 pounds of meat.  Cover meat and allow to marinate in refridgerator for up to 2 hours for fish, longer for other meats. Discard marinade before cooking.  (Though, I sometimes will drain off the sauce, bring it to a boil, then use to baste on meat while cooking).
